I'm a huge fan of Colbert, and I needed this bracelet! I absolutely love it...it's much cooler than those Livestrong bracelets.
As with some of the other products I bought from amazon, the shipping and handling was a bit high. When I got my bracelet, the box was triple the size it needed to be, and there were 2 large air packs to "protect" the thing from getting damaged, I guess.
To save both the company and the customer, why not just send it out in a envelope? The only way it could get damaged is if it was set on fire or something. It's made of rubber, and it's very durable, so...

I still have not received my item this is the second time to be going through this and its a little irritating. I have never had a problem w amazon before... so I don't know what the issue is but tom I will be calling customer service again
